The high tea set and food at the lobby bar and Chinese restaurant were delicious. The furniture fixtures in the rooms were excellent, and the ocean view rooms were relaxing. The staff were accommodating and trustworthy, and all the hotel amenities were enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and offered both international and regional cuisine. the indoor and outdoor pools were enjoyable on a hot day. the hotel is located near Macau and offers stunning views of the city.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when it came to room changes. the unexpected charges at check-out left a bad taste in my mouth.

This hotel exceeded our expectations during our city break! The room was spacious and the view was absolutely stunning, giving us a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and always wearing a smile, providing excellent service. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered late checkout and high-quality amenities, such as L'Occitane toiletries. The breakfast was incredibly good with a wide variety of food options available.
There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the distance from the ferry terminal to the hotel was quite far and the taxi ride was expensive.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the complementary fruits and chocolates offered by the hotel. The location was also a key advantage as it was situated near several restaurants and shopping centers. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean, which made my stay more comfortable.
Another issue was the slow service at the hotel's restaurant during breakfast. It took a long time to get our orders, which was a bit frustrating.

The room size is really good and well equipped, with all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is located in a nice area with good views of the city.
During my stay over Christmas, the hotel was really crowded and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The service was slow and I had to wait a long time for everything, including check-in, food, and drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept really well. The staff at the reception, dining, pool, and everywhere else were so friendly and helpful. They even kept my partner's phone safe after we accidentally left it at the concierge during check out. The hotel amenities were excellent.
Can't fault anything about it.

The high tea set at the lobby bar and cafe exceeded expectations, as did the delicious food at the Chinese restaurant on the top floor. The quality and overall experience were excellent, making me want to return in the future. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the range of both Western and Asian food at the buffet was impressive. The hotel's location is well-placed for exploring the area, including nearby crossings to Macau. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the room had a nice view, especially at night. The front desk staff and concierge provided fantastic service, and the room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great view of the surrounding area. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This hotel boasts a strategic location by the river, providing breathtaking views of the bridge and Macau. While it is a bit far from downtown, there are no shortage of seafood restaurants nearby with competitive prices. the staff is friendly and helpful, making sure guests are comfortable in their well-equipped rooms with lovely furnishings.
The hotel has some issues with smells coming through the AC system, which needs to be addressed by the management.

Impeccable Luxury Experience We recently stayed at this hotel and it was an impeccable luxury experience. the service was exceptional, with staff anticipating our every need. the indoor swimming pool and the fitness center were outstanding with state, of, the, art equipment. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the bar/lounge area. the private facilities were exclusive and accommodating, and the location advantages were perfect for a relaxing stay.
Minor Inconvenience the seasonal outdoor pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, which was a minor inconvenience. However, there were other diversions that compensated for this small setback.
